Classes take place in West Linton and last an hour.

They are a balanced mix of warming up our bodies, activating our qi (life force energy), stretching, and practising flowing movements. Seated and standing practices are incorporated into the session and you are encouraged to follow your body’s guidance and adapt movements as needed. If necessary, the whole session can be done seated.
